The E-store conditions of sale

The owner of the online store Beebipai (hereinafter the Online Store) is Markmer OÜ (registry code

16287073 ), located at Kadaka tee 35

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

  • The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
  • The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price.
  • The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
  • The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
  • Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
  • All prices displayed in the E-shop are in euros.

Checkout

  • To order goods, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method for the products. Then, the amount due will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another payment solution.
  • The agreement enters into force upon the receipt of the payable amount in the Online Store's settlement account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the unavailability of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible, and the paid money (including the costs of delivering the goods) shall be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of the notification.

Delivery

  • Goods are shipped to the following countries: European Union countries
  • The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
  • Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer's designated destination within 1-2 business days from the date the sales agreement becomes effective. Deliveries outside of Estonia will take place within 14 calendar days. The delivery time can be confirmed by contacting the seller via FB messenger, Instagram, or email. Contact information is provided under the “contact” section of the website.
  • In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days, and the seller will inform the buyer about this.
  • You can pay securely for orders using Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV, Krediidipank, Coop).

Right of withdrawal

  • After receiving your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
  • To return an item, please email your request to info@beebipai.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
  • The returned product must be without defects, complete, in its original packaging, with labels, and unused.
  • The cost of returning goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is that the item to be returned does not conform to the order (e.g., wrong product, wrong size, or defective item).
  • The right of return does not apply to a product that is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, as proper disinfection of such a product by the seller is difficult and/or impossible, and/or its use by multiple individuals may pose a health risk:
  • * Skin care products (creams, oils, shampoos, bath foams)
  • * those that come into contact with human mucous membranes and bodily fluids (aspirators, breast pumps, eating utensils, bottles)
  • Socks, stockings, and underpants.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
  • To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in a manner that would be permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
  • If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
  • The online store shall, immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, and no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement, refund to the buyer all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
  • The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item in question back or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first.
  • If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the buyer for the cost exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.
  • The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is stated significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.

Right to make a claim

  • The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of transfer of the item and becomes apparent within two years from the transfer of the item to the buyer. For the first six months from the transfer of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of transfer of the item. It is the responsibility of the online store to rebut this presumption.
  • The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of the defect appearing by sending an email to info@beebipai.ee
  • The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
  • If goods purchased from the Online Store are defective and the Online Store is responsible for the defects, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred by the buyer under the sales contract.
  • The online store shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form reproducible in writing within 15 days.

Dispute Resolution

  • If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address info@beebipai.ee
  • If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute through agreement, the buyer can
    appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
  • The buyer may turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.

Privacy Policy

  • The client gives the Seller clear and informed consent to process their personal data.
  • Personal data that becomes known to the seller is entered into the customer register and is used to provide sales services and to offer goods to the Customer.
  • The seller retains the contact details entered by the Customer and information about purchases made by the Customer during the purchasing process. This information is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data necessary for sending products to the Customer will be transferred to the courier service company.
  • Payment is made outside of the e-shop environment in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The e-shop does not have access to the Customer's bank details and credit card details.
  • The Seller may use the Customer's personal data to send the Customer information about special offers and promotions via email only if the Customer has given their consent.
  • Communication between the Customer and banks, as well as the card payment center, is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Customer's personal and bank data.
  • The online store uses personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email
    address, bank details) solely for order processing and shipping the goods to the buyer.
  • The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering goods.
  • The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct marketing messages.
  • The customer has the option to unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email at info@beebipai.ee or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
