To relieve swelling:<\/p>

  • limit the amount of salt in food<\/li>
  • consume enough fluids<\/li>
  • Move every day<\/li>
  • stockings, socks, trousers and shoes should not be squeezed or grooved anywhere<\/li>
  • Raise your feet higher<\/li>
  • cool foot baths or intermittent water (warm\/cool) shower massage<\/li>
  • compression products<\/li><\/ul>
